Auberge de la Forêt is a family enterprise success-story. From a little hostel to a restaurant extension, and now a 4*hotel and wellness addition, the establishment drifted by three generations of women is being developed with respect for the local culture, the landscape and atmosphere of the place.
The latest and new extension designed by Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter has the ambition to bring together the best of architecture, design, wellness facilities and the culinary tradition of the region. The development will link the character of the family estate and the landscape with a new characteristic geometry to create a specific and attractive architectural expression. The project will respect nature, light, water, air and vegetation. The hotel will offer an unusual and comfortable experience in the midst of nature and will meet visitors' expectations of a high standard of quality.
