Henriks Vei sits at the crossroads of Hovseter, a socially conscious housing project in the western precincts of Oslo, a residential villa area and several notable institutions, including schools and sports facilities. Hovseter Gardens, the proposal for the Henriks Vei neighborhood aspires to be more than just a housing development; it seeks to serve as a catalyst for unity and cohesion in the region by creating a car-free environment that is fully accessible to the public.
Hovseter Gardens represents a bold vision for the future. By eliminating vehicular traffic within the precinct, we aim to foster a sense of inclusivity, where residents and visitors can interact freely and enjoy the public spaces. This initiative aligns with our broader mission to design environments that prioritize sustainable living and human well-being.
Our district plan proposal, the result of extensive research, creative innovation, and close collaboration with key stakeholders, is now poised for political approval. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of architectural innovation, with a focus on creating better cities and communities. We envision Henriks Vei as a testament to the transformative power of design in enhancing the quality of life for all, and we look forward to the positive impact it will have on Hovseter, Oslo, and beyond. Together, we are setting a new standard for urban development, one that places people at the heart of the design process.
Continually committed to supporting communities by enhancing urban environments, this ambitious project in collaboration with In’by, has been commissioned by Neptune Properties and underscores our mission to foster social diversity while seamlessly integrating with the existing fabric of the community.
