A complex and unstructured part of the city, is being transformed into a more inviting urban space, with user-friendly functions and areas. The project’s aim is to give more back to the city, than today’s terminals for bus and trains. The base of the project, literally speaking, is today’s large infrastructural functions of public, private and commercial areas, bound together by an overhead structure of the bus and train terminals. It will include everything from public squares and urban spaces, with areas for sports and leisure, offices, shops, hotels and living – A new town within the city.
