We are excited to announce that our project Kornets Hus is an official nominee for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award 2022!

The Kornets Hus – or Grain House, is the realization of a new centre for the dissemination of the region’s rich food and farming culture in Jutland. Located on the land of an existing farm and bakery, the new inspiration centre will offer visitors, locals and employees alike a facility for activity based learning centered around the importance of grain both to Jutland and human civilization.

Kornets Hus joins our project for Pilestredet 77-79 in Norway, as official nominees. At Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter, we are very proud to have two nominees to this Mies van der Rohe Award edition, one in Norway and one in Denmark!
