This year`s Strelka public program theme is “New Mindset”. "New Mindset"— is an attempt at catching the fleeting feeling of zeitgeist, of global change and global processes in order to better understand them and learn how to use them for our own good. The public program at Strelka Institute is a series of lectures, discussions and workshops, which are open to the public and are free of charge. Directors and founders of international practices will talk about the changing approaches to construction and design. Amongst these are Reiulf Ramstad Architects, Snøhetta and Steven Holl. Reiulf Ramstad will hold a lecture named “Sense of Place and Global Culture”. The location of the events is Moscow, Russia, and the time is August 31.
