Sports Infrastructure Brussels

Our tower architecture dedicated to sports seeks to enrich and enhance the health, social life, and community spirit of its neighborhood.

Positioned prominently along a canal in Brussels, the project speaks to the ambition of the local authorities, and their investment in the civic life of the area. As a high-rise sporting facility, the building is a novel approach to health and urbanism infrastructure, particularly in areas of high density. This proposal understands the importance of this project as a hub of community and social gathering, with the potential to contribute to the surrounding area and Brussels more broadly.

Inclusivity, diversity, and openness were key aspirations that drove the design of the project, with an understanding that the building needed to serve more than a conventional demographic of sporting teams and groups. We believe that this proposal is a bold and timeless architecture that would stand the test of time both through its design, and the rich, active community that it fostered within.
