Our characteristic mountainous outline of the new Folk Museum in Molde is taking shape. The concrete structure is almost completed, while works on the solid timber construction will commence in a few weeks.
The museum's innovative construction and contemporary expression will create an interesting contrast to its collections on display. The building contributes to the Norwegian tradition of timber architecture and sustainable construction.
The project is to be completed by next autumn.
