We have partnered with Twinmotion to visualise Marheim Fjordsenter
“Fjord” – a loanword from Norwegian – deserves its very own visitor center to define its significance; a trademark for Norway and a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter won a competition in 2018 for this visitor center to be located in Mundal of the spectacular Fjærlandsfjorden.
We are now revisiting this project and started by creating a Twinmotion model of the building and the entire scenery. Using the platform we’ve been able to quickly model the spectacular landscape and visualise it realistically, which has been helpful as a tool both in our working process and to present our design.
Twinmotion has been intuitive to use and a powerful tool to create various media; images, panoramas, videos or VR walkthroughs. We’ve posted some of these illustrations to our Instagram stories in the last weeks, still visible in the Highlights-section.
